The structure of magnetic levitation centrifugal blower
The main components include four parts: high-efficiency centrifugal impeller, magnetic suspension bearing, permanent magnet synchronous motor and special frequency converter. This type of fan adopts an integrated design, and its high-speed motor, frequency converter, magnetic levitation bearing and micro-processing control panel are all designed and integrated in an integrated manner, and its core is the technology of magnetic levitation bearing and permanent magnet motor.
(1) High-speed centrifugal impeller. The impeller adopts ternary flow theory design and parameter optimization to maximize the impeller efficiency and wide working area; its material is made of high-strength forged aluminum or titanium alloy, which has strong deformation resistance; it is precisely processed by CNC machining center and has better anti-corrosion performance . The highest efficiency of the impeller working point can reach 85% as measured by experts from the National Fluid Laboratory.
(2) High-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor. A permanent magnet is installed on the main shaft of the motor to ensure the magnetic properties of the main shaft. The coil wound by the stator silicon steel sheet of the motor generates an oscillating magnetic force, and the rotational speed and the oscillating magnetic field are kept consistent during operation to achieve synchronization. The permanent magnet motor adopts magnetic suspension bearing, which has the characteristics of no mechanical friction, low noise, low vibration and long life. The maximum speed can reach 50000r/min.
(3) Magnetic suspension bearing. The rotating shaft is stably suspended by the controllable electromagnetic suction, and the rotating shaft is not subject to any mechanical resistance during the rotation process, so it has high efficiency, no wear, no maintenance, no lubricating oil, and the air sold out is absolutely free of oil.
(4) Motor intelligent control system. The magnetic levitation blower generally adopts vectorless frequency conversion control, and the method of adjusting the frequency is used to control the rotation of the permanent magnet motor, and then control the flow of the blower to meet various working conditions. The intelligent control system can predict surge and realize local control, and the equipment is equipped with GPRS system to realize remote monitoring and data transmission.
