In order to strengthen basic research and applied basic research in our city, and give full play to the role of municipal platforms in the source supply of technological innovation and the introduction and cultivation of high-end talents in the city, according to the relevant provisions of the "Jinan City Key Laboratory Management Measures" (Jikefa [2023] No. 5), the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau organized the 2023 Jinan City Key Laboratory filing work. After self-declaration by colleges and universities, enterprises and institutions, review and recommendation by districts and counties, expert review, on-site inspection and research by the Party Committee of the Bureau, the list of municipal key laboratories to be filed in 2023 has been determined.
