1. installation

1.1 Installation location

The surrounding area of the blower should be as wide as possible to facilitate disassembly, assembly and daily inspection. When installing outdoors, a rain shelter should be provided. When installing indoors, good ventilation should be maintained.

1.2 Basic requirements

The concrete foundation of the unit shall comply with the relevant provisions of the equipment installation and machine foundation. In the basic design, the user should fully consider the weight of the blower and the pressure resistance of the foundation, and the basic surface should be kept as level as possible.

The foundation should have plenty of anchor bolt holes reserved.

1.3 Installation

Put the blower on the foundation, insert the horn in the proper position between the base and the base of the unit, so that the unit can get uniform support, and after the level of the unit is found, perform the second grouting. After the cement mortar is solidified, tighten the anchor bolts and nuts evenly at the same time.

2. Piping

2.1 The pipeline shall be thoroughly cleaned of rust, welding slag, and other foreign matter prior to installation so as to avoid mixing into the cylinder and causing serious accidents.

2.2 In order to ensure long-term safe operation of the blower, an air filter or vacuum filter must be installed on the intake line.

2.3 In order to effectively reduce the noise of the blower, the muffler at the entrance and exit shall be installed as close as possible to the inlet and outlet of the blower in the direction of the calibrated air flow.

2.4 The elastic joint should be close to the inlet and outlet ends of the blower, not only to compensate for the installation error of the piping, but also to reduce the transmission of vibration along the rigid pipeline when the blower is in operation.

2.5 In the exhaust (or intake of the vacuum pump) pipeline near the blower, a vent bypass and a muffler should be arranged in consideration of load conditions to facilitate the no-load starting and unloading of the blower.

2.6 The exhaust side of the blower is preferably equipped with a safety valve, a check valve, and a vacuum safety valve on the air intake side of the vacuum pump.

2.7 Pressure gauges shall be installed on the inlet and exhaust sides of the blower, and a vacuum gauge shall be installed on the inlet side of the vacuum pump.

2.8 The elbows in the pipeline should not be too much, and at the same time, 90° right-angled elbows should be avoided. All pipes should be provided with reliable support so that the fans will not be subject to adverse additional loads.

2.9 The power supply should be installed with voltmeter and ammeter.
