1. Routine maintenance

1.1 During operation, due to the heat of compression, the temperature of the case increases with the increase of the pressure ratio. If a local temperature rise occurs and the appearance of the paint is burned, it is an abnormal phenomenon. This may be due to friction between the impeller and the casing or inhalation of foreign matter. Stop and check immediately.

1.2 should always check the bearing temperature, vibration and sound, check the oil level, oil temperature, intake and exhaust pressure, current meter index.

2. Quarterly inspection

2.1 Replace the gearbox oil.

2.2 belt drive fan should check the narrow V-belt tension.

2.3 The filter layer of imported muffler is regularly cleaned quarterly.

3. Six months inspection

Replace the grease in the front bearing housing.

4. Annual inspection

4.1 Check the oil seal.

4.2 Check the internal conditions of the impeller and casing, and correct the clearance of each part.

4.3 Check the bearings and gears.
