What are the requirements for the operation of biogas blowers? The pre-lubrication requirements of the biogas blower shall be pre-lubricated according to regulations; all indicating instruments and safety protection devices shall be sensitive, accurate, and reliable; the disc brakes shall be flexible and free from abnormal phenomena; the steering of the driver shall be the same as that of the pump; Identify the steering of the inline pump and the coaxial pump.
There should be no looseness in each fixed connection site. The specification and quantity of the lubricant to be added to each lubrication site shall be in accordance with the specifications of the equipment's technical documentation; carbonaceous compounds (carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, carbonic acid, carbonates, bicarbonates, metal carbides, cyanide (except for compounds, thiocyanide, etc.) or the general term for hydrocarbons and their derivatives. Organic matter is the material basis of life. Inorganic compounds generally refer to compounds that do not contain carbon, but a small number of carbon-containing compounds, such as carbon dioxide, carbonic acid, carbon monoxide, carbonates, etc., do not have the properties of organics, and thus such substances also belong to inorganic substances. In addition to carbon, organic compounds may also contain elements such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, chlorine, phosphorus, and sulfur. In short, organic compounds are all carbon-containing compounds, but carbon-containing compounds are not necessarily organic compounds. The blower must be installed with safety devices to prevent accidents and installed and wired by professionals who are familiar with the relevant safety requirements. The wind pipe connected to the inlet and outlet of the blower has an independent support, and it is not allowed to add the overlapping weight of the pipe to the components of the blower; the blower should pay attention to the horizontal position of the blower when installing the blower, and the connection between the combination surface of the blower and the foundation and the outlet pipe should be adjusted. To make it fit naturally, no forced connection is allowed. After the blower is installed, move the impeller with hand or lever to check for over-tightening or scratching. If there are any items that impede the rotation, there should be no abnormalities before the trial operation can be performed. The exposed part of the blower drive device should be protected. Cover (user-supplied) If the air inlet of the blower is not connected to the pipe, protective nets or other mounting devices (user-supplied) are also required. The distribution control box of the blower must be matched with the corresponding blower (refer to power, voltage, pneumatic method, control form, etc.). The above are the requirements that biogas blower operation should meet.
